Movement isn’t just about working out, it’s about how you show up for your body. mind, and spirit. For years, I pushed through intense workouts thinking it was the answer. However, duriing perimenopause, I realized more was not better. It was just causing more stress and inflammation.

I started choosing movement that felt supportive; walking, yoga and light weight training. This helped me feel strong without the burnout and helped lower cortisol. Our bodies shift with the seasons of life and honoring these shifts and natural rhythms can change everything. When you move with intention, you create energy, not exhaustion.
